After graduating in Technical Business Administration (Master of Science), Stephan started as a management consultant, advising medium-sized companies in the launch of new products with the realignment of its sales activities and the restructuring of marketing and organizational processes (change management).

Then Stephan moved into the IT industry and worked in several positions in sales, marketing and service area.

In 2003, Stephan started managing teams with different aspects of management: the management and control of sales teams, the leadership of team leaders and the management of employees at different locations in Germany and abroad (remote management).

In these roles Stephan collected his first experience in coaching, first in the coaching of his direct employees, and then in the context of restructuring and change processes – coaching of other people in the company. Topics like conflict management, repositioning of people in change situations and professional development have played a major role.

Currently Stephan is working as a team manager in a global operating company in the IT industry. In 2012, he supplemented his previous experiences by a systemic coaching training. With these tools and methods he has expanded his coaching knowledge by the systemic approach, the process and related coaching tools.

Through the work in an international environment, in teams with people from different cultural backgrounds, Stephan’s interests in other cultures grew further.

In Stephan’s coaching sessions, clarity, structure and target focus is characterizing his work. With empathy and pragmatism he supports and encourages his  clients in the processes of change - of any kind – and guide them in recognizing and utilizing their individual strengths.

Stephan’s motto is: „Not to decide is no solution, in this case others will decide for you”.
