Coaching, is a teaching, training or development process via which an individual is supported while achieving a specific personal or professional result or goal.
Coaching is a consulting service and uses different methods depending on each situation.
"The coach explores, asks for the patterns, rules and internal “maps” of the client. This allows a change of perspective through strategic, hypothetical, future-oriented and reflective questions, by suggesting a positive view and by encouraging the Coachee to use his or her own resources."
The goal of systemic coaching is to enable a conscious self-development through shared reflection and thus to initiate a self-driven change.
At the beginning there is your request or desire for individual support on changes, new directions, conflicts or other personal or professional challenges.
Team Coaching is about to initiate sustainable change processes in a team, to start cross-group projects or to develop new strategies together with your team. Cultural differences in intercultural teams may be important components in the coaching sessions.
In our so-called initial call or meeting, we will start to get to know each other and to think about an agreement for the next step of the coaching process.
In the first coaching session, we will start with the clarification of the situation, we will discuss the specific issues and concerns, and jointly define the current situation and the desired goal.
In a team coaching we´ll also agree in the initial meeting on our common approach, the people participating and the planned meeting cadence.
After the development of sub-goals, we will have additional coaching sessions where we´ll discuss change processes, opportunities for self-driven solutions, as well as appropriate actions to implement by using systemic methods.
How many coaching sessions are required to solve all pending issues will be decided by you. Up to five sessions are useful for a team coaching approach.
